The goal was to ensure brand consistency and reduce dependence on designers for repetitive tasks. I crafted comprehensive templates using Figma and Canva to streamline the creation process and foster a cohesive visual identity. Additionally, I conducted knowledge transfer sessions, empowering team members to independently use and modify templates, enhancing efficiency and reducing the need for constant designer intervention. The project significantly improved brand identity minimized redundancy and empowered the team for autonomous design tasks.
