Project Overview I led a transformative initiative to establish a robust design system for Freshworks Marketing Collaterals, focusing on ebooks, whitepapers and reports. The goal was to ensure brand consistency and provide a consistent experience to our audience. I crafted comprehensive templates using Figma to streamline the creation process and foster a cohesive visual identity. Additionally, I conducted knowledge transfer sessions, empowering team members to independently use and modify templates, enhancing efficiency and reducing the turnaround time on these projects. The project significantly improved brand identity, minimized redundancy and empowered the team for autonomous design tasks.
