The Brief Create fun and quirky ‘Error State Illustrations’  for an Information Technology Product – Freshservice. My Role Closely interacted with the content writer to analyse and understand the requirements and worked on illustrations which would help the Brand engage with their user when there is an outage. Designed fun and quirky illustration which showed error states in a metaphorical way and helped to strike a human-friendly connection with the users.
